I've long wanted to create music like this. It's not meant to be listened to with just your ears; it's meant to be felt with your body, your soul, your mood, and understood on a deep level.

In this album, there are five tracks. As always in this project, I use Greek words (as I've been fascinated by and learning Greek for five years).

1. ANEVENO (ανεβαίνω – GO UP): The power that guides me lifts me from life's heavy moments and motivates me to keep going. It's something constructive and whole.
2. ELEUTHERI (ελεύθερη - FREE): This one is dedicated to all the free-spirited women who don't conform to the laws of patriarchy but can freely self-realize in this life.
3. KIKLOS (κύκλος - CIRCLE): The cycle that keeps us here on planet Earth or perhaps in unknown realms that send us back here, looping endlessly.
4. XAFNIKA (ξαφνικά - SUDDENLY): This is the state that can change everything in an instant—everything in life, everything around us, and everything within us. Love suddenly arrives. Inspiration suddenly strikes. Good and bad things suddenly happen. But it's when you wake up... It's sudden.
5. THANANOS (θάνατος - DEATH): This is the transition to a new state, one that's unknown to us. We mourn those who are no longer with us, but we hope they're in a better place. And someday, we'll all be there too...
